About
I’m Hannah, the artist behind Small Victory. I’m a printmaker working in paper and fabric, based in the Rocky Mountains. My work is rooted in block printing and driven by curiosity, play, and a love of everyday details.
The Work & the Why
I create hand-pulled block prints using traditional techniques, working slowly and intentionally with ink, paper, and sometimes fabric. I’m drawn to subjects that feel familiar and lighthearted – small moments, ordinary objects, and the humor that hides in plain sight.
Printmaking’s balance of precision and imperfection is central to my process. Each print carries unique and subtle variations that make it its own small victory.
I’m interested in how art can be high quality, thoughtful, and accessible at the same time. I want my work to spark joy and feel welcoming – something that brings a smile, triggers a memory, invites a pause, and becomes part of someone’s daily life rather than something precious or untouchable.
